Simply add your favourite pieces to your cart, proceed to checkout, and confirm your order details. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.

Reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before it's dispatched.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery then takes 5–7 business days for major cities, and 7–10 business days for other cities and remote areas.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Free shipping promotions are announced on our website and social media.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

Yes, subject to stock availability. Only one exchange is permitted per order, and DRIP EDIT covers the return shipping cost.

Items purchased during a sale, promotional campaign, or with a discount code are final sale, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs, and we'll arrange a replacement where applicable.
