Eligibility

Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached and returned in original packaging. Signs of wear, stains, odours, or alterations will not qualify.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or design/style changes, subject to stock availability. Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Return Shipping

DRIP EDIT covers the return and exchange shipping cost. Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the process.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale, promotional campaign, or with a discount code are final sale, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We'll arrange a replacement where applicable.

Refunds

As DRIP EDIT operates primarily through Cash on Delivery, approved requests are generally processed as exchanges. Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances.
